I teach at St. Catherines, and I have never heard anyone call it St. Cates.  Just St. Cats.

But I agree with your point.  I'm a little surprised that Tyrese didn't sign up as soon as he got an offer, but I think Wojo is still in the drivers seat with him.

I thought he was quoted as calling it his dream school. If that's the case, and your dream school offers.....you sign....if that is true.

No reason for him to rush to commit. A 17 year old may think one school is his "dream," but it's smart for him to gather as much info as possible to be sure.

Trey Wertz called UNC his dream school. And his dad is a UNC alum ... but he decided to transfer to Notre Dame instead of to UNC.

I believe he said something about preferring ND's offense under Brey to UNC's under Williams (not his exact words, as he obviously would never call out Roy).

I'm sure others could find plenty of other examples. It happens for a variety of reasons.

I think wades is simply tired of Herman's constant pushing of prospects that Marquette isn't recruiting in the recruiting topic, and then acts like hes breaking news when someone we are actually recruiting receives an offer.  My guess is that if were anyone else, wades would have let it go.
