Eff green peppers.  I wouldn't feed a green pepper to a red delicious.

couldn't agree more.  we've even started to do this on our home made pizza.  It doesn't work great when we make our own dough as ours is too thin, but our neighborhood Italian joint sells their raw dough that holds up the egg much better.
