Excellent news, kid has a good size at 6-9 and a good looking shot.  Would be an excellent back up plan if Brown goes to the G-League.  Always be recruiting.

It would take one hell of a PowerPoint to get VDH if Brown is already on board and vice versa.  Only scenario I see is if VDH agrees to a red-shirt knowing Brown would be gone after one year, but that is a VERY tough sell.  As far as pipe dreams go Brown and Etienne is more likely IMO.  Don't think it'll end up mattering though as I think Brown will go G-League (no source, just a hunch), in that case VHD would be a great second choice at that position.

I personally don't see Brown and VDH playing the same position (or style). I think Garcia still being around would be more of a concern for VDH.

Agreed, from what I've seen and heard, Brown and VDH are very different players.

Samson Johnson maybe? He's listed as a power forward but he's also 6'10". Doesn't seem like they're making center a huge priority past Etienne at the moment
