Very cool.  Thanks for the update.  Hopefully Kon enjoyed the team and environment enough to to come to MU.  Would be a great get!

Question: I know Matthew Hodge has a visit to MU coming up soon. If Shaka does not get Kon Kneuppel (and it seems like a bit of a long shot), does he still take Hodge if he can get him? Or, if he cannot get either of them, is recruiting for next year finished until Shaka knows for certain about the status of Tyler and Oso?

I always find that to be a weird recruiting strategy and concern.

It's like, look how crazy our campus goes for a completely different sport, and how little our campus cares about your presence compared to the football team.

I hear ya, but I think it's more supposed to be, "Look how much fun you can have in the fall with your fellow students watching one of the great college sports programs in the land."

I think for some, it's by design because they show the passion of their fanbase, even though it will never be rivaled at a basketball game. Last thing you want to do is delay their visit to a basketball game that's less crazy.

Obviously it's different for the Duke, Kansas types where basketball is always crazy.
