It's good to see there are so many kids who may be fortunate to be chosen to be Warriors.

TAMU, Knower of Ball

He's only a 2-star now, but I think that's just the tip of the iceberg for his potential.

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.

Corey Evans covered Karim Mane today.

QuoteI spoke with Karim Mane last week and the Canadian is in good spirits. A badly bruised foot sidelined him for a portion of his prep season, but he is now back on the floor. He has a few more regular season games remaining before the playoffs begin.

In the meantime, Mane hasn't been one to focus a whole lot on his recruitment. He took an official visit to Marquette on Jan. 4, and at it appeared he was close to committing, but Mane isn't in much of a rush. Coaches from Georgetown, Memphis and Michigan State have been in to see him in the past month, and Alabama and Maryland are also involved.

Look for Mane to potentially take all of his remaining visits before deciding. He could be one of the final top-tier prospects to commit in the spring. The NBA also remains an option, though there is a much better chance that Mane is playing college ball in the fall.
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

Sign em both up. Need program guys who know their role. Can't have 13 guys who all think they should start from day one.

Went to the Deerfield at Carmel Catholic game tonight. My buddy trains a kid on Deerfield. 6' 8" Jr. #14 can handle and run the floor and not strong enough yet for High D1 ball, but the skills are there. Walt Mattingly. Had a smooth 25 tonight on threes and finishing through athletic traffic. Excellent passer, knack for being in the right spot. If he puts on some muscle and gains a little explosiveness, he'd be a perfect fit at MU in the "program guy" mold. May go the prep school route. Wojo should be looking at Walt.
Zenyatta has a lot....a lot... of ground to make up. She gets there from here she'd be a super horse......what's this.....Zenyatta hooked to the grandstand side....Zenyatta flying on the outside....this....is...un-belieeeeeevable!...looked impossible at the top of the stretch...

That's surprising. I didn't expect us to get involved.

I feel like after he publicly came out and specifically mentioned us not having gone after him, you do it to either 1) truly gauge if there's interest there or 2) save face and appease the fanbase and recruiting world by "spinning the tires" on him.

Crazy statement - if you ever saw the recruiting war room you would forever stop making foolish comments.

Juan Anderson's Mixtape

I reviewed Ryan Conway's EYBL stats and they're very good.

18.9 ppg
eFG%: 56.6
3 FG%: 41.9 (39-83)
FT%: 87.3 (62-71)
2.6 assists per game
1.8 turnovers per game

Conway played up a year on the same team as Justin Lewis.  Not huge assist numbers, but efficient scoring and very good shooting splits.  Better than his current ranking for sure.
