Philippe Ndong commits to Marquette. Personally, I think we're in an era where if you want a project player, you let them play at a mid major for 2 years and see if it's worth investing a scholarship. This also guarantees at least one departure via the portal next summer as 14/15 roster spots are eligible to return.

I had it wrong, he's our second class of 2027 commit.

I'd guess Hamilton will be similar to Sean and Tre last year, but we'll see. Have them get their degree at MU and agree it's time to move on.

It's also going to be difficult to retain 15 players. Somebody's role will not be what they hoped for.

Looks a lot like Philips to me. I'm good bringing in high upside guys with good size. He'll need to fill out, but so do most 17 year olds.

Hoping we can land one of the highly rated guards we're in on.

If going by the scholarship table, I only count 13 with Brenn being exempted.

Sananda Fru based on his birthday is eligible for 2027-28.

Guessing this means we are out for Nyok. He also got a UK offer this week.
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

We are still in for Nyok. The UK offer does make it more of an uphill battle but the staff is still pursuing and hoping to land him.

Good to know. So Nyok and a PG seem to be on the menu

I think Martinez projects more in the Minessale mold.  So, yes, another PG would be nice.

In a perfect world, I think we get Nyok and one of Pemberton/Cleveland.

Pemberton has been the pg I've wanted for  while now. Hopefully he's the next domino to fall
