Who is we Sultan? Do you have a mouse in your pocket. It never ceases to amuse me how you believe you are the Pope of this board and can lecture one and all about your magnificense. And no I do not remember that. Do you remember when I dropped the ton of bricks on your head about you denying saying Otule was better than Gardner? Oh, that is OK, you can hardly be held accountable for remembering everything in your 1 million posts of pontification.

I laughed at this.  Well done, wee one.

They really have a good story to tell right now, maybe the best ever.  Just maybe, the kid might by into it.  Home visits are great, but you have to get him up here
to visit.  I am sure Wojo's power points are strong.  Does anybody know do they show a video to a recruit on a visit?

It better be more than a basic powerpoint presentation. I hope they put headphones on the kid, showing a video and immersing him in the experience of the MU crowd cheering for him, of seeing that atmosphere of a game.

Go get 'im, Wojo.

Then Wojo and Stan also carry him on their shoulders to simulate the crowd doing as much when we win a National Championship.
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

They can just copy and paste their presentation for QG but just change Grimes to Hagans.

Jerry Meyer also tweeted that we and Georgetown are “pushing hard” for him. Here’s another quote:

“Ewing will bring along an assistant”
“Marquette is bringing the entire staff”

Wojo and staff want him bad.

Meyer says Boston College, Florida, Ohio State, Providence, and Wake Forest have also reached out to him since he decommitted from Georgia. This would be a HUGE get.

Now I'm seeing that G-Town is bringing the full staff too. Bummer, sounded like we might have had a leg up just by showing more commitment at first.

Staff vs Staff game to settle it?
They've got the size advantage, but I think Wojo and company can out-quick and out-shoot them. Advantage MU if they go full court.

Newton High has a home playoff game tonight vs Wheeler High (Marietta).

Wheeler has long been a hoops power in ATL (Jaylen Brown most recent notable player), but Newton is #1 seed.
Let's hope Wojo can get in the huddle during a timeout and show Hagans a classic Wojo speech... "WE NEED TO TRY"
He might instantly commit

We have a solid story to tell about players returning, new guys coming in, and instant, meaningful playing time, and an opportunity to really make a difference.

Let’s hope for the best on this young man.  Go Marquette!

Wojo probably got there early to make sure he didn't get stuck sitting behind Ewing. Never would have seen the game had that happened. Didn't realize the size discrepancy until the hand shake but he is a BIG dude.
I'll stick with my opinion on Gold.  He'll be in foul trouble within the first eight minutes.

So, any cryptic tweets from Stan after they watched the game last night? Did anyone follow them to see if they met Hagen after the game for some ice cream?

Actually yes.  From an hour ago:

lol, I have a hard time believing he would categorize anything to do with Hagen as a setback 2 days into the recruitment.  So I doubt this has to do with him.
I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

Per Cory Evans at Rivals, both MU and Georgetown formally offered him after game.

I took that as a positive...
The setback of the kid going to Kansas, could be the blessing in disguise.  Hagans could be what's meant to be, greater and more beautiful....
