I'm in an ingredient rebel and structure orthodox. I don't care what you put in it, but it has to be something between two separate pieces of the same thing. A hot dog is only a sandwich if you separate the bun.

A Philly cheesesteak isn't a sandwich to you??  Unless you break apart the bread into two pieces??
