"Jamie Lee Curtis, who will win an Emmy for her incredible one-episode turn in S2, had another amazing one-episode performance in S3."

While well acted by JLC, the whole episode was boring, contrived, and could not wait for it to end.  It was about 20 mins too long.

Although you are allowed your opinion, like anybody else, your opinion is in the minority on this point.

The Secrets of the Octopus is quite good on Nat Geo.  We must respect the incalcuable intelligence and greatness of the 🐙 🐙 🐙 🐙 population.

That was an outstanding docu.  I'll admit I was in tears.  I think you'll enjoy the NatGeo series.  The fact that they got up close to three of the rarest octopus species in the world is remarkable.   Especially the coconut 🐙.   I believe it took them several years to film.  Now, had they been able to get extended footage of the blanket octopus it would have taken it to an even higher level, but it's still worth seeing.  I had no expectations they could get up close and personal to a Dumbo 🐙 because they're like 7000 m down.  It's very sad how short their life-spans are but beyond amazing how quickly they learn.  I think we've barely scratched the surface regarding their intelligence.  God Bless the 300 or so 🐙 species.

Secrets of the Whales was very good, but I was a bit disappointed they did not include Blue Whales.   Their focus on Narwhals made up for that a bit, but I was hoping the photographer could get up close with a Blue or Fin Whale.

Yes.  That scammer scumbag made a critical mistake going after the Beekeeper after he took out the call center.  Whoops.

I saw earlier this year.
We definitely all want the scammers taking down like that.  There are too many out there.

Watched Troppo on Prime. Not a bad series.

For Those About to Die on Peacock is excellent.  Great timing on the release with the hype for Gladiator 2 ramping up.  Bunch of awesome performances, especially Ramsay Bolton Iwan Rheon playing another weird shady character.  Also, a cool focus on the lead up to the Colosseum opening.  I think people always assume it was always there, back to the days of Caesar, and not a new spectacle created midway through the rise of the Empire.

My only gripe is the CGI is pretty awful at times, which is odd given the budget clearly dedicated to the show.  The sets and costumes are awesome, but then there are randomly TERRIBLE fitting background scapes and/or animal CGI.

My wife and I are on the 3rd episode.  We've been interrupted watching due to the Olympics and I agree it is highly engaging.

I have a good recommended related read, Ten Caesars by Barry Strauss  I'm through 9 Caesars.  He goes through the 10 most important Caesars and a little on their family extensions where warranted including Vespasian and his sons Titus and  Domitian.

Vespasian was the first non-royalty and military-first Caesar.  He went on lot of infrastructure products we recognize today including the Colosseum.

Digging deeper, last summer the History Channel ran an 8 episode Docu-drama simply called Colosseum detailing it's construction and the critical events that occurred there and why it was the center of Roman power.

Correct.  Denzel as well didn't fire a shot either in that scene when he took out like 7 guys i(n 19 secs) in E-1. It's time though to find a badass vigilante in the 25-40 age range.  What actors could pull this off?

Any of them.  It is acting.

I mean who would be convincing?

Maybe it's time for a diminutive badass?  Although Stallone is short as is Pacino.

Tom Holland.  Young, short, already an action hero.
