Are you implying Charleston is less than 100K?
This was my thought as well but slightly too large. Really though, one of the best small cities in the U.S.  Savannah is up there too but has a fun nasty streak.

I agree on both counts.  My Aunt and Uncle are retired in Hilton Head, SC.  I really enjoy both Charleston and Savannah and have been fortunate to spend some time in both places.  They looked seriously at Charleston but prime-time property there I guess was too much.

Aspen is the best guess yet.  I am just stunned Goooo no one has gotten it.  I can't even give a hint, it would give it away.

I said Rochester because you typed Goooo in your sentence.

A serious guess is Santa Fe.

Funny, I was going to say SantaFe, when you said you might think it is larger.

I'll give him a call because the theater is still closed.  :)

ZFB said what now?

I went to Vegas in November... was going to Florida in December but had to cancel last minute due to getting sick (no covid, it turns out)... and went to San Diego in January. After I get through this current fight with covid, I'm down to travel anywhere. Big believer in VRBO's now. Had a great condo right on the beach in San Diego.. went there and worked for a week... with a few breaks to hang out with friends and go out on the Pacific.
Thanks for ruining summer, Canada.

Both are fun places.  I've been multiple times to each.  Nothing like grabbing a beer in Savannah and walking around town.  Just like in "Garden" as long as it's in a plastic cup.  We love eating at the Pirate House  Restaurantf or traditional Georgia fare.  It is the actual house where Chapter 1 of Robert Louis Stevenson's Treasure Island takes place.

And Chick-Fil-A is average at best. It's no Bojangles.

Agree. I've only been to Chick-Fil-A a couple of times, when connecting flights in ATL. Meh. Haven't had any desire to go to the local one...but folks here seem to think it's the bomb. Probably will change when the novelty wears off.

Without fail, whenever I am jonesing for Chik-Fil-A, it's Sunday.

My go to lunches when I am on the road and don't give AF:

1. Big Mac, fries, Diet Coke.  (Value meal #1)
2. Chick-Fil-A, waffle fries, Diet Dr. Pepper
3.  Some burger, tots and chocolate (or strawberry) shake from Sonic.

My favorite fast food chicken is Raising Cane's.

The bread that comes with it is amazing.

Not a big fan of the chicken itself but the bread and the sauce are great.

I’ve always thought Chick-fil-A could make a fortune if they set up ‘Sunday’ vending machines across the country that they filled with leftovers from Saturday. They could charge the regular price even though they are cold and a day old.

Certainly not as dumb as their decision to open up a location in the Mercedes Benz Arena in Atlanta - a venue where most of the events (Falcons games) are held on Sunday.

My go to on the road lunch is, in order:

1) Culver’s — ain’t none better. Good, tasty lunch is a double butterburger, onion rings and cole slaw. Wished they did beer to finish it.

2) Skyline Chili — Lunch hits about Cincinnati when I go to Florida via the mountains. Unique, not really chili, but tasty.

3) Burger King — Whopper without cheese is the best mass produced burger.

4) Subway — Tuna with salad and yellow peppers and a bag of bbq chips.

5) Panera Bread — wife loves it. Soup is OK. Can eat outside, which is nice when  traveling with a very very spoiled cocker spaniel.

Chili is dangerous on the road, hey?  Where's your favorite poop stop?
