Oh, if you're wondering, these are the CDs I put in there:

Paperboy - The Nine Yards
Michael Buble - Christmas Album
Forest for the Trees - Forest for the Trees album
Nirvana - Nevermind
Kanye WEst - College Dropout

Is this a psychological experiment designed to engender feelings of malevolence?

Turns out I am not as hilarious as I thought. But atleast no couch tonight as it was a fun conversation starter for the horrible music I picked apparently.  ;D. I dont think I could have done a better job of random anti-music culture picks, minus the nirvana for those who like the 90s jams.

Good lord, so much for being married. Try this:

CSN - So Far
Pink Floyd - Dark Side is the Moon
Steppenwolf - Greatest Hits
Chicago - Chicago Transit Authority
The Who - Who’s Next

It's a start, add Sinatra and Copland.

Ha, this is the opposite of what I was going for.   ::)

I used the term "Walkman" instead of saying iPod or iPhone and My Admin asked what I meant by Walkman?  That was awesome.

I feel fortunate to be in that "Xennial" cohort that knows the times before technology really took over our lives but adopted young enough for it to be a natural part of society... which makes things like watching the videos of millennials and gen Y try to figure out rotary phones and old computers fun!  I would put walkmans and portable cd players right in that mix.

My wife and I went over our data limit for the month (apparently that's still a thing?).  We turned off the mobile data on our phones until Friday but she needs music at work to keep her from getting bored.  Thus asked if I'd find her old ipod.  I said sure, but instead found one of her old discmans and put that and a few CDs in her bag.

It's been 8 hours and I haven't heard one word from her.  I can't decide if it's because she's mad... or because my music selection was so good that she hasn't had time to stop and text me.

Thoughts?

As a Gen Xer I can remember a time before ubiquitous technology, and I feel kind of blessed that way.

Friend of mine in high school had an old Dodge Volare with an 8 track.  Not sure if it actually worked?

I remember being totally amazed by Pong in high school.

Peak tech...or so I thought.

These questions are Arby's:

Would robots be a substitute for humans in relationships or would they enhance relationships as sex toys might? Would sex robots fill a void for those who are lonely and without companions? Just as pilots use virtual flight simulators before they fly a real plane, could virgins use sex robots to safely practice sex before trying the real thing?

Virtual unicorns replacing basketball players in college hoops.

Would that make you more or less worried about key injuries? We all know how much MU's season would change with an injury to Markus or Sam. Would virtual unicorns make that worry go away? Put another way, are virtual unicorns virtually interchangeable?

I love Unicorn Cheddars.  They make me horny.  They pair well with Curly Fries

When I read this, I just read the first sentence, blew past the link and saw the price.  I thought you were talking about MU/GU.
