I had a boss who loved Brazilian-style steakhouses.

I just didn't understand the enjoyment of seeing how many huge slabs of meat you could eat in one sitting.

I loved going to churrascarias when work took me to Brazil.  There is a great one in NYC called Plataforma.   

Anyway, Argentine grilled steak is better than the Brazilians.  My Argentine father-in-law doesn't each much beef anymore as he is getting older, but he made  some of the best grilled steak I have ever eaten.
