I do believe that is the comparison Bee Jay has been making for quite some time.  Hope Theo ends up with a better offensive game than Faisal to go along with the physical presence.

They lose 2 senior big guys and Bridges could have left this year....have to believe he is gone after 2017/18.

Jackson could also be 1 and done.

Joey certainly knows all of this and will make his decision based on many factors.

Between Jackson and Bridges at least 1 (and probably both) will be gowne by the time Joey would get to campus.  Given that, you can probably say that even more so with Marquette with Ike, Theo, Harry, Sam, Jamal, and Brendan.

I don't think a strong roster/front court will scare Joey away from anyone, nor do I think it should.  In fact, I think that would probably attract him, if anything.  It'll come down to style of play, relationships with the people within the program, and where he's most comfortable.

I'm confident in where MU stands.

I suppose.  It depends on whether you consider the SF to be a front court player or a backcourt player.

I think Joey is a 4/3 in college and I think Jackson and Bridges will be the starting 4 and 3 for MSU next year.  I doubt either is at MSU by the time Joey gets to whatever campus he chooses to play at.  I think all of Theo, Ike, Harry, Sam, Jamal, and Brendan will all play at least one of the 3 or 4 positions for Marquette in Joey's freshman year.  And I missed Morrow and possibly even Sacar as well.

Checked over on the Bucky 247 site. Flood's pick was based on Bingham going to MSU. He basically said that Marquette and MSU have recruited over Joey so now Bucky is his best option. He also asserted that Joey has not been a priority for Marquette.

Oh and a bucky fan with "inside sources" has said that Joey has already silently committed to Bucky. The only reason he hasn't announced it yet is because Wojo has threatened to kick Sam off the team if Joey doesn't come here.
