I think it's more the whole Hauser family loving Wojo and the staff, then Sam loving MU, and then maybe UW not offering Sam until it was too late.

According to the badger assistant who is recruiting Noble Days. Hauser has all but announced that he will be attending UW.  This was told to my the RPHS head coach.

Certainly possible, but given that roughly half of your posts are doom and gloom about the Badgers being better than Marquette, I'm going to take it with a grain of salt. I'm much more worried about Michigan State than I am about Wisconsin at the moment.

Because the Marquette program is much bigger than one player. If we don't get Joey, we will get somebody else and still be a solid program.

I've updated to Three available scholarship anticipating the formal Wilson announcement.  Of course this means more of a push for Elliott as minutes would now be immediately available.

It's a shame that college basketball now resembles minor league baseball in terms of continuous player movement.  Maybe I'm just getting old.
