Not time to head to the bunker yet, but we should get it prepped and restocked.  Winning is contagious.
I know you can't name names, but of the big time recruits that reached out to Stan and Wojo after the Nova win...well, are there some that are going to now give us serious consideration that weren't previously?
If you think for one second that I am comparing the USA to China you have bumped your hard.

Elliott's starting PG, Michigan commit David Dejulius, is out with an injury. Wonder if Elliottt will start taking the ball up.

How did Joey play?  Did his team win?

He's been back about a week.  Try to keep up.

SPASH boys rally past Marshfield to extend WVC streak
USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin 12:29 a.m. CT Jan. 25, 2017

STEVENS POINT - Marshfield had the Stevens Point Area Senior High boys basketball team on the ropes Tuesday night.

After building a six-point lead at halftime, the Tigers were unable to finish the job and pull off the upset.

Joey Hauser poured in 29 points with five assists and Drew Blair added 21 points to pace the third-ranked Panthers to a 71-60 victory to extend their Wisconsin Valley Conference winning streak to 45 straight games.

Keon'te Williams helped out with six points and eight rebounds for the Panthers, who outscored Marshfield 46-29 over the final 18 minutes.

Ethan Posteluk led three Tigers in double figures with 18 points. Seth Anderson contributed 15 points and Reed Miller finished with 14.

My Lord. And these numbers are becoming somewhat routine for Elliot.

Thanks.  BD sometimes speaks in code about particular recruits, so I couldn't tell if bunker was a reference to a particular recruit that I wasn't aware of.  Regardless, always promising news when BD dangles something like this.

Which vehicle should I drive to the bunker, my 2017 or my 2018?

One 2018 model is just hitting the showroom floor but it looks like a real keeper but the paperwork is still a ways off.  However, there is a really nice 2017 model that didn't get the attention it should when it first rolled out and now the sales manager is expecting a  test drive on 2/18 or 3/4 and wants to close the deal then.

Thanks for the update.  Bring the boys in for NMD.

So for someone who doesn't follow so closely....2018 we may not know and elliot is the overlooked 2017 target?

And don't forget the chart on p.1.  Joey and Elliott are the guys BD is referering to.

If I may make a suggestion, how about putting committed players in blue font on the front, glow? Just to separate guys like Eke, Cain, and Bailey who've signed from guys like Elliott and Joey who haven't.

Not a bad idea.

Also side question.
We have one (1) scholarship available for 18-19. Assuming no transfer because Wojo has stopped being a Demotivator  ;), will we only have Markus as our only PG?

He would be a junior (they grow up so fast!), but no other PG on the team I believe?

Carl Spackler

How is there only 1 left for 18-19?

Seniors: Matt Heldt  Haanif Cheatham
Jr: Sacar Anim; Sam Hauser; Markus Howard; Harry Froling
So: Ike Eke; Theo John; Jamal Cain
Fr: Brendan Bailey

thats 10.  am i missing something?

That assumes other open scholarships would be filled. We could still add two for 2017 if the staff chose. My expectation is we add Elliott and explore the grad transfer market, which (by adding a graduate) would leave us with 2 for 2018, but say we added Elliott and Epperson with those open 2017 scholarships, the 2018 options effectively go away.
