Ryan Nembhard, the 6-foot-1 point guard from Montverde Academy (FL) and UPlay Canada AAU, committed to Creighton on Saturday evening.
It was said on the Transfer portal sight Marquette was recruiting him. His older brother is transferring from Florida.

Wojo and he obviously didn't have a great connection.

Thrilled the opposite was true for Garcia, Lewis, Oso, DJ and Perez, and all the other good recruits/transfers Wojo has landed and will land.

Current depth chart for 21-22 (subject to change). Perez, Carton, Symir, Greg and Dexter. Doubt we'll get incoming guard. Most likely a transfer (probably no sitting out a year for 21-22) to replace who leaves. Not too worried.

I don't feel strongly that Carton will be here in 21-22.  That leaves a wide open hole at guard unless Sy or Dexter really show out.  Wojo has been in on plenty of guards, so imagine we will get at least one guard commitment.

Selfishly, I want it to be Tyrese Hunter.

I also don't think Carton will be here. Hoping he won't be here because that means he got his mental health issues under control and  he balled out. That's why I said subject to change. Just at this time the depth chart is what Warley was looking at.

I believe the transfer rule will pass creating a ton of options if 1, 2 or 3 guys leave. It's going to be a whole new world.

Always be recruiting.  Carton could very well be gone.  Greg has yet to put together a full healthy season.  Perez and Dex are (largely) unproven at this level.  Sy showed flashes, but didn't exactly tear it up last year.  If these players are scaring off any recruits, those recruits probably wouldn't be good enough to cut it anyways.
