Utah State transfer Koby McEwen has heard from Creighton, Ohio State, Marquette, Oregon, Iowa State, Tennessee, Grand Canyon, Arizona State and Akron thus far. Averaged 15.6 points as a sophomore.

6'4" PG, averaged 15.6 ppg.

ESPN had him as a 4 star out of HS.  Hails from Canada.

Right. Look how strong Howard is after a year, or Rowsey after 2. Heldt after two years is so tough underneath I'm not sure how any opponent gets a rebound. Anim came back looking like Tarzan. Sandy Cohen was a beast after a few years. And Juan Anderson? Or Duane Wilson?

My goodness, stop with the strength and conditioning. The team has been soft for years. Not saying that Smith and Nelson are bad at their jobs but they're not doing more than other high major programs. If they are then Wojo just coaches them soft.

As to the soft coaching  there is room for that discussion for sure.

I have to admit, though, I find the veneration of Todd Smith a little odd.  I guess I just don't see extraordinary results compared to other programs.

He does a very good job of getting the players to buy into the strength training program. That is half the battle. He is also plays an important role in the recruiting process.

I took that to mean that Milwaukee is one of Canada's best places for BBQ.  And in 10 years or so, Milwaukee will be Canada's best place to see art deco architecture and get a Cafe Cubano.
