Tilted? Not a bit. I'm all for "nice". But praising someone for doing something he or she has no choice over isn't being nice - it's being kind of weird, actually.

Maybe "praising" is too strong of a description. Perhaps it should just be "noting" that it is nice to no longer have fucking assholes in positions such as Press Secretary now.
