You don't have to touch genital areas to have it be considered sexual assault.  Unwanted sexual contact could include me putting my hand on the small of a woman's back, or a woman (or man) touching my face, etc.

So any touching (however brief) anywhere on someone’s person can be considered sexual assault? I guess the pendulum is in the middle only briefly as it swings.

General rule to live by:  Don't touch another person anywhere on their bodies without their permission.

Seriously.

No of course not.  I was thinking harassment, not assault.

Good rule.

Too easy to have a disconnect between what you intend to convey, and the other person perceives.

My favorite is the throwing of the signs into the garbage.  I hate those damn things!   Also this is one of the funniest SNL skits in a long time:

swinging pendulums, if that's what you call yours, definitely calls for some mandatory remedial help

btw, what about elevator eyes? ;)

I recently moved into an apartment after living in single-family houses for almost 30 years. Downsizing and simplifying. Thought that might pare down the mail too...yet I still get mailings for leaf guards, lawn services and aluminum siding....

I'm just really glad he is into lifelong learning.  I think there are free options out there though.

I was happy that to get called on Thanksgiving to let me know about my car warranty.  That is diligence.

Premade, powder, or syrup?

Pre-made from the grocery store .. is a 10/10.   Powder/syrup is about a 5.
