Maddening experience on the highway today.  I was in the left lane preparing to pass two semi's.  The trailing one pulls out in front of me to pass the lead semi.  It took him 10 miles to pass the 'slower' semi.   By the time he got over, the line was 25 deep behind me.

He showed me.

I don't think the painting was of underaged breasts. If anything it would be a violation of federal obscenity laws or possibly some state laws. I'm rusty on this but I think most obscenity laws allow for "artwork" and whether or not this is artwork is probably up to the old Justice Stewart test.

I think the amusing part of the article is how surprised the artist seems to be that someone took down their painting.

couldnt anything be pornographic in the right context?  I mean feet aren't pornographic, but people make a ton of money selling photos of them to fetish people. I'd argue the same except more when you add strip clubs, only fans, and other stuff where people monetize their chest for sex work

Posting of naked breasts, even if not of children, in a toddler play park is likely chargeable as child pornography. Just like if a player sends a picture of his Johnson to his teenage babysitter.

Of course responsible adults removed this. More so, the claim of art falls by the wayside by her sign wording. It is funny, and more so, she implicated herself with digital evidence in a potential crime.
