Can we send them some Canadian Geese, too?

Plagues, wars, global warming and pandemics all over the place to upset the world order yet DePaul is still in last place in conference.

It's truly amazing what an asset DePaul's JLP has been...for every other school in the conference.

I was looking for a funny "aha!" gif, but this one was even better.

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

Best use of a golf cart ever! Kudos to the (former) Cowboys employee who set this in motion.

Man on NYC subway uses ketchup to keep people away from his seat.

I assume this would be frowned upon in Chicago, correct?

rocket surgeon

the thing is, they will barely arrest people for theft, robbery and assault.  one dude has been arrested 140 times for various chit and marking a spot with ketchup is childs play compared to his record

Only if you ran out of milk crates, folding chairs, and Home Depot buckets.

Arrest him?

I think he should get a commendation for most creative use of a condiment...unless some Scooper is doing something really funky with their horsey sauce....

Yeah, that whole folding chair parking space holder thing caught me by surprise when I lived in Chicago back in the late 80s. I looked out the front window one snowy morning and thought they were setting up for a mid-winter block party....

Indeed. I vote to keep North Dakota in the United States, but if Dot's go away.. forget it.

So what's with skateboarding?

A kid is gliding along nicely, seemingly in total control, then he steps on the back or the side of the board and goes tumbling to the pavement. Then he picks it up, walks back to where he started the first time, is gliding along nicely again, and then tumbles to the ground in the same way and the same place. And on and on....

Seems like it could be a nice alternative mode of transportation, but kids seem to make the same mistake over and over and over again.

Odd.

That's so odd.  Three days ago, my son scribbles "Dots Pretzels" on the grocery list.  This prompts a discussion, what the hell are these?    Yadda yadda, kids at school like them.

So I'm at the grocer and Dot's is $6 for a bag and my eyes roll back into my skull.  Next to that is Old Dutch pretzels, $2 a bag.    I end up getting both and did a little A/B taste test.

Dot's wins easily, but I don't love my children enough to buy them $6 bags of pretzels for the rest of my life.

So did ya hide the rest of the bag of Dot's for yourself?

I'm in the mood for pancakes tomorrow morning, but I know I'll be too lazy to make them. Cereal is just too easy. Can one of you Scoopers invent pancake cereal overnight and deliver it to my house?

Pancakes and sausages are one of life's simple pleasures.  And...a married man can get them at home.

So can a single man if he gets his lazy ass out of bed to cook them.
