I am a strong advocate for symmetry. If you are going to follow a morning donut with an afternoon one, stick with what worked.

I have about a 20-minute drive from my house to the high school where I coach. On the way there used to be a cruddy golf course that is in the process of being turned into a major residential/retail community -- single-family homes, apartments, senior housing, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

About 8 weeks ago, they broke ground on an Arby's and put up signs that they were hiring. It opened last week.

I don't think I've ever seen a place of business go from nothing to open for business that quickly, let alone such a high-quality, fine-dining establishment!
