So at the UMBC game I was pissed at some d-bag who sat right in front of us and clamped this massive camera apparatus to the glass half-wall at the front of the upper deck.  It was right in our sightline.  I was going to say something to him,  but fortunately, he took everything down and left right after the start of the game.

Turns out he was taking a panoramic photo.  I got an email with ordering instructions:
