Just got done taking out a linoleum floor in a bathroom. Used a Bosch electric hammer. Man, what a tool. Made the job easy and kinda fun.

What is your condiment of choice for grill cheese?  I'm a ketchup guy.  My wife's family is a maple syrup family, which I find odd, but it is pretty delicious.

Never heard of mayo on a GC, but what the hell.

I just do tomato soup.

I'm a big fan of mixing sirracha and
Ketchup in a bottle for all my meats.

Shredded sharp cheddar with a pinch or two of parmesan on wheat with a light spreading of pesto and a tomato slice is my grilled cheese of choice.

Spread the mayo on the outer side of the bread slices instead of butter (or Miracle Whip).  Also Mayo, Whip or cream cheese in scrambled eggs.

I lightly fry some pepperoni or salami and put in the grilled cheese sandwich and it's fantastic.

Never heard of maple syrup that's a new one to me. Is it a regional thing?
