Next time you've coached 13 athletes who have been recruited by, and gone on to play for, NCAA programs at the highest level, including at high profile schools like Stanford and USC, with 3 of them winning back to back NCAA Championships and one of them finishing runner up, maybe I'll consider taking some notes on your superior understanding of how college recruiting works.  Until then, I'm pretty confident in my experience in how recruiting works.

But could you dunk in high school?

Never could dunk. I think all but one of those 13 could though.

(Ps thank you, I honestly couldn't remember his name to save my life.)

If it happens again, just google "biggest impact in Wisconsin HS Basketball history".
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

Well, always said if theres a date set for an official visit a name change would occur.

Here we are, the Big Daddy post was the last thing I needed to push me over the edge.

Get it done Wojo.

Although I'm not a name-change guy - and I take all the credit for Wojo's recruiting gets because I have never changed my handle - I love the new name, big guy!!!

When u make the comment that the MU staff was going down there possibly because Quentin summoned them then i will continue to laugh.

Thats funny, because u know?  Unlike u im not going to name baseless credentials on an internet forum.  But your experience that you state pales in comparison to my interactions. So you can contine to make stupid conjecture from behind your computer screen and i will continue to laugh at you.

That is fair.  We all shake our heads and laugh sadly at you.

Guys give it a rest, I don't think anyone cares about your back and forth, why don't you exchange phone numbers and hash it out privately, good grief.

Agreed, i made one comment and World is all puffed up.  And of course a knuckledragger like tower is gonna chime in.

Okay.  You win.  You are an expert.

I'm not even pretending to be an expert.  I certainly was never personally recruited to play D1 athletics.  But I have seen enough kids get recruited to know that if they said to some coaching staff, "We have a pretty big game this week, would be sweet to see you there," it wouldn't be the biggest surprise in the world to have Wojo say, "Well, we've got a private jet, we could probably make that work, see you tomorrow kid."

I have no idea what Grimes does in the offseason.  Which is why I asked if it was a request by Grimes (come check out this activity OR I've decided to narrow in on 2 schools and you aren't included but I'd like to talk to you in person) or if the staff just decided to show Grimes more love.  You obviously think you know, so what's the reason for the visit?  You obviously think Wojo and staff just wanted to make the trip, so what more are they selling that they forgot to mention on their visit to him 10 days ago?
