i wonder what Evan means by 'this'?  A visit? A commitment?

Most likely just a guess. But that won't stop me from getting my hopes up.

Ahh, the Evan Flood prognostication curse, oh well maybe next time. Trying to get back in the good graces of Buckyville after getting their hopes up.

Excellent news.  Who missed the cut?

Of the top teams on him, Oklahoma missed the cut. Color me a pessimist on the Evan Flood prediction front. It would be an ultimate troll job though if he was just messing with Mubb fans.

Yeah, I thought the same. Hoping it's not like his great "Joey Hauser to UW" prediction.

Grimes, Howard, Joey, Sam, Froling...works for me!

Thanks.  I know it was 8 or 9 teams on him hardest, couldn't remember the other besides Duke who hadn't offered yet .

I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

So have you seen Froling play?  So tell us your thoughts?

Excellent news.  Who missed the cut?

His offer list included:

Louisville
Florida
Virginia
Miami (FL)
SMU
Tennessee
Oklahoma
Oklahoma State
Wake Forest
Georgia Tech
Kansas State
Depaul
Utah State
Tulsa

Plus Duke had been sniffing around. So Wojo and Co out-recruited a lot of good schools just to get to this point. Won't mean a lick unless we get the commitment though.

Next step is going to be getting an official. I think Kansas, Arizona, and Texas are locks for visits. That leaves two for Marquette, Kentucky, TAMU, and Baylor. Kentucky probably gets one unless they land some of their 5 star targets early (Grimes is one of the lowest rated players they are after). I think Marquette has a decent shot to get an official because he can easily do unofficials at Baylor and TAMU.

I can see him visiting, get Jabari and Giannis over to see him as well as the new arena.  Bring DWade in.

Reopening of Herro may happen soon, this Grimes is a talent but we need to be ready to get back into the real race when it goes down. Anyone know if Hauser is at two a days right now?

Scoop takes
Goal is National Championship
CBP profile my people who landed here over 100 yrs before Mayflower. Most I've had to deal with are ignorant & low IQ.
Can't believe we're living in the land of F 452/1984/Animal Farm/Brave New World/Handmaid's Tale. When travel to Mars begins, expect Starship Troopers

I believe Wojo cooled on Herro after reading your posts
If you think for one second that I am comparing the USA to China you have bumped your hard.

Yep, looking at Kentucky's 2018 targets almost all of their priority targets are higher ranked than Grimes, including multiple PG's. I don't think Grimes will come here but I doubt he chooses Kentucky. Most signs seem to point to Kansas.

Watching both Grimes and Herro's mixtapes from the tournament last weekend - they aren't even comparable.  Grimes is on a whole different level of athleticism and talent.  Look for yourself:

I don't really know how Twitter works. Did anyone follow up and ask if the buzz is anything more than simply being in his top 7?

He already knew MU was in the top 7 when he posted it.

Nobody has "buzz" about making a top 7........
