He'll move back down once Wojo demotivates him

I like to think GBW was doing the teal-less facetious thing. Made me chuckle, anyway.

Some days, using teal is like wearing pants.

4 people reversed their prediction from MSU to MU today for Greg Elliott, including a MSU "insider"

Widely known public knowledge is that MSU is recruiting other guards. Cristal bowel marketers are reacting to widely disseminated public information. That's it

So if we win this one, it would tie Wojo up with Izzo. Lost on Winston and Tillman, beat them out for Ellenson and Elliott.

Sounds like good news. However, this is the same MSU insider who had us all excited when he switched his prediction for Tillman to Marquette the day of his commitment...to MSU.

This is what the MSU insider had to say about his switch:

And it was all started because "Izzo hadn't heard from X," so everyone assumed it was MU and flipped their picks.

No concrete info or anything, just some silence.

Pretty much sounds like "maybe they'll want to play together, so I'm going with it" and everyone else jumped on board. We'll see what happens, not letting myself get too stressed either way.

My take as well. Honestly, I think it will come down to if Elliott believes he has a better shot at playing time with MSU or Marquette.

Which is going to be a difficult assessment to make in the near term as both teams have several scholarships to fill.

I'll just be glad to see this one wrap up. If we land Elliott, would love to see a grad transfer wing that can defend (that kid from Baylor seems ideal) and either a PG that can redshirt (freshman transfer or true frosh) or another grad transfer.

Jemarl Baker philosophy in  Sync with Stan Johnson philosphy

Hopefully Jemarl still  has some ability to do an official visit.

Jemarl would be a great get this late in the game for many reasons. But one thing I really like is his shooting rep. Buzz was building the brand of toughness, Wojo has an opportunity to build his brand around shooting. Wouldn't mind one bit if we became known as the school where the best shooters in the nation go.

Why does the player's philosophy only sync with Stan's? What about Wojo? Or any other coach? Or our university? Or any other current player on MU?

Why do you focus on Stan so much? Do you prefer Stan as our coach and Wojo somewhere else?
