Jemarl would be a great get this late in the game for many reasons. But one thing I really like is his shooting rep. Buzz was building the brand of toughness, Wojo has an opportunity to build his brand around shooting. Wouldn't mind one bit if we became known as the school where the best shooters in the nation go.

Just because Stan recruited them doesn't mean it was his philosophy that brought them in. I sense that it's more his ability to connect with them personally rather than philosophically. Still an important trait, but not the same by any means.

I am just saying that Jemarl posted a quote that was straight out of the Sta philosophical  playbook. I actually like what Jemarl said and the fact that his team won a state championship in CA which is a big achievement.

Amauri Hardy, a PG from Michigan headed to Ok State has opened his re-opened his recruitment.  Perhaps a name that may be of interest should Wojo not have luck with any of the PG transfer options (Evans, Lewis, Rideau, amongst others).

Pretty much sounds like "maybe they'll want to play together, so I'm going with it" and everyone else jumped on board. We'll see what happens, not letting myself get too stressed either way.

So who has the better skill set Cain or Elliot? It"s nice that the kids would like to play together, but I wonder how that would affect team chemistry if Wojo recruited someone who is definitely better than Elliot in a succeeding class. Just thinking of the Traci Carter( rated higher than Elliot?) situation. Still wished the kid would have toughed it out as I think we could have won a couple of those close games we lost if he had stayed. Then again what do I know.

Bruce Bowen plays high school ball with the Aussie Jabob Epperson, a Creighton commit.

Jaren Jackson, who committed to Michigan State, is on the same La Lumiere squad, and many feel Bowen may follow him to MSU.

So holy crap!  as someone with 3K+ posts we all assumed that you were familiar with MUFINY's position that firing WOJO and promoting Stan is the ONLY way Marquette returns to greatness*.
