MU has already received verbal commitments from two forwards.   How will that play with Ward?

I think it is more about the perceived priority of coaches from recruits perspective. Almost every recruit in his post commitment interview says they felt like they were prioritized by XYZ Coach and  XYZ university team felt like family.



Shaka can clearly can focus substantially all his energies on Cam whereas Izzo has to focus on others as well.

Not Izzo 's first rodeo so maybe he can give Cam the attention required.

If this has been brought up before, I apologize. Didn't take time to read past posts...is MU recruiting 4-star class of '25 state product Amari Allen? Has visits w/WI, MN and AL upcoming. No mention of MU from what I've read, but maybe that's because MU is in good shape at the 3&4.

Right? I used to like Izzo and MSU (20 years ago). He has aged like Boeheim with all the arrogance and acting as though he invented college basketball. Plus MSU is...., well we all know.

Amari Allen was planning an Official Visit to Marquette, then Miletic committed and all of a sudden that was off.  Safe to say he was a Plan B target for us.

I think that was a pretty classic, first guy to commit gets the spot situation. I'm glad we got Miletic because I think he's a better fit, although I think Allen will be a good college basketball player.

He would be the perfect option for the last scholly.  To re-classify and instead going to prep school.  Do a red shirt year at Marquette.

The problems is.  We are probably holding that scholly for another recruits decision in the spring.

Herman has been on recruiting visits.  He was on Quentin Grimes visit.  He posted about it.  I assume he is on campus for all visits
