Okay, #mubb just put out a 'big welcome' press release discussing the 5 players signed in the last 24 or so hours. I suspect that's everything in the hopper at this moment as they would have certainly waited if another was somehow hours away.

If Morsell is also testing the NBA waters like Garcia, I'd imagine it'll be a while before he makes any firm commitments.

I personally suspect that today's social media blitz means that Bates is heading somewhere else. I'd be really happy to be wrong about that.

I disagree.  I think he's probably taking his time and doing his due diligence (more than the other UT commits needed), and Marquette wanted to highlight and market a pretty remarkable 48 hours of recruiting news.  Don't think B has any affect on A.

I have no specific knowledge but I strongly believe that today's media blitz was all about #donedeal this week.  What that means for 15-30 days from now; no indication.  #mubb wasn't going to force 5 new Warriors to wait.

That also makes sense and I really hope you're right. I suppose it's all about making a splash -- and five new players in about 36 hours certainly qualifies as a splash.

That's an interesting thought.  I really hope for Wojo's sake he goes somewhere besides Duke, though.  Didn't like the job he did for us.  I think he can still be a good coach someday, but IMO needs to broaden his horizons.

I really doubt that Duke will be taking anyone other than Theo (who didn't count against the roster cap anyway) from MU.

burger is right, Theo will count at Duke. Had he stayed, MU could've gone over the scholarship limit, but no other program can go over to take him.

Can you post a link that explains how this works?  There is a lot of confusion.

Is it academic seniors who stay an extra year don't count against the max scholarship limit, or is it those who stay an extra year who have used up their eligibility don't count against the scholarship limit?

Elliott is a senior academically, but not eligibility-wise.
