Interesting. Not sure that's a good fit honestly.  Didn't expect to land him so no sour grapes.

I guess at this point it's Seth Lundy or hold the scholarship open until spring. If nothing happens with a mid season transfer ,I could see Marotta getting thrown a half season scholarship bone like they did a few years ago with Mache.

Marquette gets the first official visit for 2020 four-star Zeb Jackson, he tells Stockrisers.

Jackson will begin the OV on October 5th. Recently narrowed list to a final-7.

It's gonna take some getting used to seeing HS juniors taking OVs. Doubt we see a commitment this early but with B.O.B. in town who knows? #prayingtealisn'tnecessary

2019 four-star Seth Lundy will take an official visit to Penn State next weekend, he tells Stockrisers.

Lundy cut his list to final four which included Marquette, Louisville, Virginia Tech, and Penn State.

My gut tells me that he may not survive this weekend. Penn State has been on him the longest and has recruited his high school well for years.

List updated.  Any my gut agrees with TAMU.  Doesn't it seem that all our focus is now on the 2020 kids?  I'm okay with that.  The 13th scholarship shouldn't be handed out willy nilly.  Things happen with incoming transfers, decommits, etc.

Don't know if you're tracking 2020 visits yet or not Glow, but you can add an official visit to Zeb Jackson, and unofficial visits to Jalen Johnson, Jamari Sibley, Reece Beekman, and Justin Lewis. There may be some others as well but that's who I remember off the top of my head.

Zeb Jackson has unofficially visited 5 of his final 7: Ohio St, Michigan St, Michigan,  Purdue, and Butler.

Marquette and Arizona St are the other finalists.   With the upcoming official visit to Marquette, Jackson could decide soon.  Or this could be our first look at how the new recruiting rules change the process: earlier official visits and multiple official visits to the same school.
