Was told last year he was staying in the state, source was solid, which way wasn't sure.Would think if he was leaning a certain way it's MU

Hope you are right.  Heard a month or 2 ago that we were in outstanding shape with him.  Far better shape than anyone else.  And haven't heard anything to say otherwise since.

Having said that, I've always thought it's MU in the lead, MSU and UVA second, and UW in fourth.  But I have always thought all 4 were very much in play.

Why are we all so quick to dismiss Wisconsin Stephens Point? Theyre right in his backyard and have a great history

Probably due to the pending NCAA violations.

I was going for a light hearted joke but that's actually crazy! Can't believe there's actually recruiting violations and such in D3 basketball

Interesting tenor to providence recruiting Elliot. They have their hopes just like us. Only one school gets him. I think a solid win by one or the other this weekend could seal it?!

Also interesting providence doesn't have a scholarship left for next season and people figure they know "someone" will leave...so going after Elliot.

I should mention there's some nice video of Elliot attached to that link above.

I must admit Wojo works hard on recruiting, he saw Elliott before he left for Providence.  It would be nice to get a victory there tomorrow.  The Dunkin Donut Center is
nice but will not compare to where he will be playing in MKE.  Never know what a young man is looking for besides playing time.  If he looks at the midget backcourt
he has to believe he can be the third fiddle or in some games have to start due to his size.  MSU does have 3 guards back but they do lose 2 seiniors so there might
be some playing time there as well.  At least he is open minded and is visiting MU.  I do not see Providence,  but lost Young there.  MSU got X, we got 2 from Michigan,
hope they can influence him.

He is doing those great plays in a tough league. The kid is a certified pogo stick.

We owe Providence for stealing Kalif Young from under us. Really want to see Greg come here.

That is a good thing , means he is seeking to be a quality player in his own right and not just be known as D wades kid.

Awesome.  4 years obsessing over Zaire Wade and bringing him up in every thread possible.  Should be fun!

Remember the publicity that the Jordan kids had? I'm excited and hope he turns into a stud but right now I'm not sold that he is going to be his Dad. Plus then there's the need to actually get him here and if we couldn't get the son of a guy who is on the board of trustees at a time we were a top tier program then I'm not holding my breath for Z Wade

He has great court vision for a 14 year old kid.

Watching a 30 for 30.  Forgot that Thul was a Jimmy V kid from '83. That makes his kid 'heart of a lion' royalty.  We need more of that.

METAIRIE, La. -- 2018 Aussie forward Sam Froling is an intriguing post option that is on the college track.

Last year at Basketball Without Borders, Harry Froling was one of the better post prospects playing in camp. After a short stint at SMU, Froling is now at Marquette preparing to play at the break next season.

This year a familiar name hit the court at the New Orleans Pelicans practice facility. Sam Froling, the younger brother of Harry and a native of Australia, was among the most intriguing post prospects at the camp.

Froling, who has grown to 6-foot-9, is a skilled post player with quality hands and impressive touch. He played a confident game, went to the glass for rebounds and played hard on both ends of the floor.

"I'm a bit of a stretch four, at this camp I was playing more of a center but I can do it and I can play a bit of the three if I have to," Froling said. "I like to play a bit on the perimeter, catch and shoot, go to the rim and rebound."

Much like his older brother, the younger Froling told Scout that he wants to come to the United States for college.

"It's a free education and it's the exposure," Froling said when asked about his desire to come to the U.S.

Thus far, Froling has heard from Arizona, Colorado, LSU, TCU and SMU. Froling said he hasn't taken any college visits yet. Froling also noted that he wants to hear from Texas.

Which school has built the best relationship with ?

Exactly kid in on the freshman team.  Look at his opponents in the tape.  High D1 recruits play on varsity n are contributors as frshman.  Zaire is not on varsity, he isnt on jv, he is on Freshman.  If his last name wasnt Wade.  This tape would not exist

Do you know if that camp was just this weekend?  Or could they have interviewed Sam prior to Harry transferring to MU and then just added in the blurb about Harry now being at MU?  I would find it hard to believe he hasn't heard from MU...

We R Final Four

Thinking the same thing. An international player with an older brother on the team? I'm guessing MU is all over this kid.
