5 of Virginia's 7 rotational players were top 100 and one of the two that weren't was from  Guinea.

Baylor had 5 on their roster, 4 in their rotation and one rotational player from Cameroon.

If you couldn't read that Norman was going to Marquette when he didn't get additional offers after a strong EYBL campaign, you might want to brush up on your recruiting analyzing.

I do not remember the exact wording, but he did say there were some schools who should have offered who did not. He sounded disappointed to me. I think he was hoping Kentucky would offer, since that is where his friend went.

Depends if it is a secret verbal or a super secret double probation verbal. The latter--about 50% of the time. Secret verbals though are generally respected.

He's a 4 star ranked 77th in the country by 24/7.  Maybe stop worrying so much about reported offers and interest on 16 year old kids who aren't top 50 names.  24/7 doesn't even have all the offers he himself reported on Twitter.

You also neglected offers from Maryland and Xavier, plus Providence, Wake, and St Bonnie.
