Uh oh. DJ Carton missing Ohio States next game for "personal reasons." We know what that means. I know Wojo was pretty involved there. Obviously jumping the gun a bit here but seems to be a trend.

It sure would be nice to have another guard in the mix, especially for 2021/22 when King would be eligible to play.  Nothing I've seen (YET) from Torrence or Elliot tells me they can be a lead dog on a great NCAA team.  We know next to nothing about Dexter (and he was not that highly regarded).  If we get Mane we're probably ok, but without him our guard depth is limited.  If we think Mane is a one year guy, King could fill that hole in 21/22.

Our guys are miles better than King.

He was the second best player on a team that beat us by 20. I trust Wojo will know whether he'd be a good fit or not.

Wojo has had a knack for improving guy's shooting.  He will likely be in the gym for a year.  If Wojo wants him, I'm fine with that decision.

That being said, its probably best for him to go elsewhere considering the social media barrage that he would face if he went to MU.

Karim Mane news seems to be pretty quiet right now. I've scoured lots of places and not hearing a thing. Chili, you hearing anything additional or is this just a waiting game at this point?

Uhhh, no.  He is statistically similar to Elliott, only slightly below in most categories.  He just gets to shoot a lot more than Greg because his competition at wing is Aleem Ford, Brevin Pritzl, and Wahl.

Very disappointing. Would love to him to be a Warrior and we'd be serious contenders if we only reached out?!  Come on Wojo, get this young man in blue and gold.  Are there character concerns, academic?  Mystifying.
