My guess is if Kentucky, Villanova and UVA are "in" we're not.

Lenny

Perfect illustration of the profound effect that a coach has on a program.

UVA wasn't sh1t just a few years ago. Now, they vie with the Blue Bloods for the very best talent.

And as you point out, MU isn't a factor in that blood sport. Telling comment on where we are at as a program.

Nope, I've never had a player pull a Hauser.

The you likely provided the enlightened leadership a player has every right to expect from his coach.
"Pullin' a Hauser" is effect; Cause is "Wojo in the Headlights."

We could have had Bennett, but we rushed to get Buzz....you know this is true.  But we weren't willing to wait.  He wanted the job late, but we had pulled the trigger that day.  In terms of Coach Cal...please.   How many vacant titles.   Coach Wright, Nova fans wanted him fired....they kept with him and were patient.  Imagine a MU fan base patient....let me know when that happens. Never seen while I have been watching.

Marquette is blue and gold.
Hausers left.  What a surprise!
Wojo's seat is never cold.
He's got Johnny Davis eyes

He'll offer their spot to you.
You won't have to think twice
Play games in New York, too.
We got Johnny Davis eyes.

Except they were in the dance 13 of the 19 years before Bennett including at least 7 Sweet 16s. So I guess that UVA WAS sh1t.

What was the UVA talk in April 2018?
Luke 6:45   ...A good man produces goodness from the good in his heart; an evil man produces evil out of his store of evil.   Each man speaks from his heart's abundance...

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.

Of the names listed here that I think we could realistically land my wish list would go:

1) Garcia
2) Jackson
3) Dainja
4) Morton
5) Sibley

I'd have Suggs 1, Johnson 2, and Burnett 3 but I think they end up at Gonzaga, Duke, and somewhere out west, respectively.

A lot of big names.  Hopefully we can land 3 of them and get them signed in November.

Burnett is from Chicago, moved to Prolific Prep after his freshman year.

We don't recruit kids from Chicago.....allegedly.

"I just love the coaching staff. The atmosphere at Marquette is just amazing. The guys that are already there just connected with me right away when I was on my visit. So I it was just a great opportunity for me, and I thought it was the right choice."

Sounds like Symir didn't get the memo about Wojo's infamous de-motivation tactics and the toxic atmosphere around the program. Poor kid.

Cheese curds? Really, she asked him about cheese curds?  I can confirm that it is not a requirement to like or have even tried cheese curds to live in Wisconsin.  They still take my money for state income and property taxes even though I will never again bite into a cheese curd and hear that disgusting squeak against my teeth.

Wait until other schools negatively recruit against Wojo.....
