pre-season #11 in 2008.

My bad, I looked at 2009 and assumed that they wouldn't rank us lower preseason after returning the Big 3 and Zar.
Retire Terry Rand's jersey!

Looks like Greg Gard is learning from Bo's mistakes.

They have been r cruising for a very long time.  Still think out of state he goes.

Maybe Johnson is going to Madison to see Michigan play.

Dakich just said that there will be buildings named after Bo in Madison.......may I suggest the "No Tell Motel Arena" ? Bo Ryan center for disease studies?

Not too far off. I remember Tokoto and Stone coming to games at MU and it seemed more of a chance to go to big games.

Edited: not definitively saying he's doing that, but some feel strongly UW isn't the in state option he would go to. However, with recruiting, who knows.

What was the story with Poole? Just no interest in MU?

Initially I thought he was going to MU, liked the idea of leaving town, to bad, would have been a real asset for MU.

Fell in love with Michigan and verbaled early.

Is there a frontcourt player(s) in the 2020 class that anyone feels Marquette is the leader for?  I know they are listed by Jalen Johnson, Jamari Sibley, Dawson Garcia, Dain Dainja, Justin Lewis  and some others.  I just don't have a good feel for where they stand with these players and others right now.

I had no idea we were in such position with Torrence until he was set to verbal.

I will say I like the fact that Dainja has a relationship with Sacar and Theo.....not sure about Garcia.

Bad game today, maybe trying too hard to impress the family and friends.

Exactly right. I saw those two and their family/posse at dozens of big games. By about the 10th time seeing them I knew neither was coming.....just free tickets to a big game for a HS kid. Chico's obviously thinks it's a great development for his team.

Chico's has so many 'his' teams.  Can you be more specific?

Not sure his question had anything to do with today, given that he asked about Marquette...

Obviously Zaire Wade was at the game, but I'm not sure if we're recruiting him. But Jamari Sibley was also at the game.

Kansas - I'm an alum
Indiana - I'm an alum

Sorry boys, pretty straight forward.  I don't root for Uw-madison extension, never have and never will.  I don't cheer for Duke.  I don't cheer for Gonzaga or Butler.  Or Notre Dame.  Doesn't mean I can't respect a few of those schools and what they've accomplished.

Nice to see Sibley there. Any new recruiting news on the Strawther or JJ line? Did JJ like his UW madison visit?

Right after being at the UW vs. Michigan game? I like that. UW doesn't even get 24 hours of his attention.

Awesome. Glad he got to see a loud game. Hope the Wade presentation helped

Jalen, is he a slasher? Or is he like Sam from the outside? Saying this, because the spot will be open when he is a freshman.
