It would be nice to get an early recruit, hard for coaches to always miss on recruits, 2019 has not been to good.  If it is between Cincy and MU, and picks Cincy then he does not understand playing in the. Big East.

FWIW (not much) there is one crystal bowel pick for Marquette and one for Cincinnati. The Cincy pick is by Andrew Slater (Duke insider) and is from last June. The Marquette pick is by Sean Bock (Iowa insider) and is from today. Bock has yet to be wrong on a crystal bowel prediction, going 22/22 all time. Could mean that he only makes predictions when he knows something....or could mean that he's quick to change his guess the second before a recruit announces.

That said, he could possibly reclassify to 2019 per this article. That is not something I knew he was open to/able to do. Not sure where he would fit, but could be a good backup pg for Koby given his high-level defense, slashing and above average distribution skills.

He doesnt seem set on reclassifying. But it seems to be an option

Symir is a Big East ready combo guard with a lot of court savvy. Cooley & Company were high on him as well, so that is a good endorsement as to his toughness. Hope he picks MU on Sunday.

Also , With Ike looking like he may never play, and Matt graduating and we need to get the pipeline stocked with a couple of bigs to replace those two. Transfer, Grad Transfer , 2020 or late bloomer 2019.

I think a talent like Torrence won't shy away from a minutes competition.
