My guess is herro goes to Zona now

Until the dust settles, I think recruits are going to give Zona a wide berth. There are rumors going around that Shaq's kid is thinking about reopening his recruitment.

I can admit it! I've never been this excited about someone being on campus! The perfect storm of the Cavs, the weather and the new stadium has elevated my excitement. Might reopen the conversation about the disappointment level if we don't get him. I'd prefer not too though  ;D

Any tours of the BC in the last couple hours? Or perhaps a mini MUBB alumni workout at the Al later?
Retire Terry Rand's jersey!

Pops, if it'll help man, I can arrange a tour of my crib and saltmine, hey?

I felt similarly about Charles Matthews, but I'm more confident in Wojo than I was Buzz, and it seems like we have a better chance with Grimes than we ever did with Matthews.

Before the floors are swept, the bunker is prepped and ice cream trucks are gassed, one man must come out from the shadows and give his insightful information to those who yearn for more MU Hoops.

When the faithful citizens of MU nation are in need of saving, the signal shall be put forth :

Where do recruits and parents stay on visits?  I would guess recruits stay on campus and parents at the Hilton (marketing partner of MU Athletics)?

It would be a real shame if the Hilton was booked and Marcus Corp could only find room for the Grimes family at the Pfister.

I take it u have never been to the Pfister?

There is great optimism, but by no means is it a done deal.  One of the first things Wojo and Stan do is understand what are the top 10 factors for a recruit.  They want to make sure that there is a good alignment.  For instance if a warm climate is a must no need to battle that.  Wojo/Stan do their homework and do their prep.  They lay out a presentation for the recruit and family that shows them how MU matches up with those factors.

When the recruit is onsite Wojo focuses his time on  the family (in this case Mom) and Stan and the rest of staff and the players recruit the player.

What went from a long shot has come done IMHO to be a 50/50 between MU and KU.   If you want to be a one and done then opportunity/playing time is a very critical factor.

Going last is a big deal   i.e. visits.

I will say this.

I felt good about Joey, Marcus, Greg, Theo, Cain, Henry

I did not feel good about XT.

I actually do feel good about QG, but that is just my feelings.

He is not wasting his time or MU's coming here.

I'm actually there a lot.  Many different NBA interactions.  2 years ago my son met LeBron and I was able to catch up with Jim Boylan.  Last Friday I talked with the legendary Mike Abdenour.

Last night a snack platter with every candy you could dream of to go along with a ton of Arizona ice tea and Pepsi stuff and a welcome card from MU, then a really good looking meal. This morning some pictures of downtown Milwaukee and MU's campus from a far and then a picture of MU's practice going on.

What's snap chat is that like FaceTalk or teeter?  Remember I don't  get to use the floor scrubber either,  I just push the broom,  but I do get the corners.

I've always called Twitter "Twatter."  I might start using "Teeter" instead.  Outstanding.

Full on tizzy now..... I sure hope MU can land QG but in the event we don't, I feel pretty good about the next couple of years. I think it speaks well of the program that we are in the mix for a recruit like QG. In a couple of years I hope it becomes the case when a 5 star kid passes on MU we just say "next 5 star up".........Not saying QG is passing on being a Warrior!!!
