Any chance Wojo calls in a special favor/visit from DWade and Crowder (might as well throw in LBJ for good measure)?

100% chance. Not to mention that Parker is a huge fan of Wojo's. Keep in mind that Wojo also coached King James on Team USA.

Our top recruit since Doc is making an official visit this weekend.  He's likely to be impressed when numerous NBA players that have ties to our storied program or Wojo speak highly about what coming here will represent.  He'll get to know the guys, our program, and our university as no effort will be wasted.  And after all that's done, there's a reasonable chance he'll actually sign with us in the next few weeks, all done the old fashioned way with hard work and dedication.  If he chooses somewhere else, we'll appreciate that he gave MU serious consideration.

Herro is a nice ballplayer who committed to UW a year ago.  I'll venture other than a 'hello' at some AAU event, he hasn't spoken to Wojo since that time.  If he wants to come to MU he can make that call.  And I'm 99.9% sure the response will be that our recruiting class is full but that if he wants to stay in touch things might happen in the Spring like they often do.  Now if I'm Herro, I don't wait.  But if truly wants to come to MU to play with Joey, he can roll the dice.  I wish him nothing but the best as he explores his options.

I am fairly certain that if Herro approached Wojo and said he wants in, Wojo would make it work.  He'd take both him and Grimes if need be. 

But I think Herro is focused on the blue bloods.

I am fairly certain that if Herro approached Wojo and said he wants in, Wojo would make it work.  He'd take both him and Grimes if need be. 

But I think Herro is focused on the blue bloods.

Not today he wouldn't in my opinion.  He'd do what he could do to keep the conversation alive for a few weeks.  Remember, we're already at 13 for next year.  Wojo will stick his neck out for one thinking something always happens in the Spring.  Two over?  Not until Grimes makes a decision.

I think he's go two over, but I agree he's try to wait out Grimes decision.

All you haters can eat crow, calling me out the last couple of weeks.  I said Trump would win too. I just hope MU kept communication going all along during process. Need to focus on Herro as number one priority now with Grimes as a back up plan. My other fear is Joey decommits now and heads to UW. I had inside info he was kind of waivering on his commitment a couple of weeks ago. I believe in Wojo that he can keep Joey and get Herro inked in the next couple weeks.

Quinerly just backed out of his Zona commitment. Doubt that it would change anything for QG at this late stage, but something to watch.
