Reminds me of the Colorado Rockies. They draft decent players, but have almost zero player development. Their players just don't get better.

Very little of what you're watching is on Love. He has no chance in this offense. Why would the defense think there's a run play to your pass blocking RB ever.

Yup. When your big "hit" in the draft is trading up to land the 15th? best QB in the NFL while you still have arguably the most talented QB in the history of football on your roster, you probably haven't done well as an NFL GM.

The o-line is on him.  If you can't hold up in the trenches, hard to win.  He's been brutal finding o-linemen.  Looking for "versatility" instead of football players.
