This makes a lot of sense. I think I remembered hearing Shaka and Horn were tight.

If by "tight," you mean "worked as an assistant under Shaka at Texas for four seasons," then yeah.  :) :) :)

Looks like Keeyan has committed to Northern Kentucky

Nice playing under former MU assistant and Shaka assistant at Texas Darrin Horn, quite the connection!

That just isn't accurate. Everything the NFL did was to limit the compensation and freedom of movement for the players.  It was when Reggie White got the big deal in Green Bay as one of the original plaintifs to their lawsuit against Plan B free agency, that the NFL insisted on a salary cap in return for greater player movement in their next CBA.
How many times has the NFLPA rattified the salary cap in the past 30 years?

Congrats Mr. Itejere! I think he has a chance to be a dominant player at that level. I foresee a lot of highlight reel dunks in his future

Right. Because they don't have the same power as the owners and because they have decided issues like minimum contract size and off season workout schedules are more important.

But can he improve on his 1.00 efg%?

We R Final Four

I don't think anyone has seen anything from Keeyan to believe that he will be dominant at any level.

Good news for him! He found a place where he can be happy. Clap. Clap. I had high hopes for him at MU. Life is never a straight path. Zen.

If only they had the money to hire attorneys, agents and player reps they could address some more issues. Maybe someday.  ::)

They have those things. They also don't get paid when they are on strike or are locked out. The majority of their membership isn't wealthy. The owners can wait them out and have all the leverage.
