Quote from: forgetful on December 05, 2024, 10:15:04 PMSeriously. Can't get a stop on that screen play. Sad.

They have to be the worst screen defense in football and it doesn't matter what type of screen.

And it was such a predictable play call too.

It's a classic blitz beater, same with that TD on 4th before half.

OPI on Lions. Only one team though

I think what LaFleur was mad about on the previous play was also OPI, a pick play just like what nullified the TD.

I think the holding call was in some regards a makeup call for the missed OPI.

Shod have been a QB sneak. Great stop by the Packers.

Except it was an obvious hold. And didn't alter the entire game.

Also, that timeout would have been nice.

Dan Campbell does not care what we think.

Really can't believe that happened.

Very predictable. Love hurried in most plays, Goff with all the time in the world.

That was a couple inches away from a possible fumble and return by GB.

I just want one legitimate defense per decade.

It worked, but that play call was monumentally stupid.

MU82

I fully admit that I wouldn't have gone there on fourth down. It was almost a disaster, but good for Dan Campbell.

The Lions are both a great team and fun to watch, a wonderful combination.

It's going to bite him in the ass in the playoffs.  And I say this as someone who didn't care who won this game.

Or the kneecaps.

Zog from Margo

Campbell shows Haffley and GB's D how much respect he has for them. It ain't much.

tower912

I think Campbell believed if he gave the Packers a chance, his defense could not stop Love.

New tonight, McNeill out, Branch out.

So he bet on his offense and ran behind Sewell.

Quote from: Apolitical Warrior on December 05, 2024, 10:25:27 PMThis defense is a teardown

Is it the coaching or the players? I agree with you. A defense of backups and street FAs was better than a team of high draft picks.

Uncle Rico

Dan Campbell plays to win.  The Packers play not to lose and are soft as charmin.  It may bite him in the ass but I'll take my chances playing to win instead of playing not to lose with a soft ass team
