I think the drain might be plugged. It could be backing up, I don't know. But I don't think it is swirling.  But I know nothing about plumbing or the physics of water or the internal working of MU.   Well, I do not that water, like people, tend to take the path of least resistance.

Exactly. The most important thing for a coach at MU to focus on is that their scholarship players feel good about themselves.

Has he ever been that coach? I don't know that I'd ever describe Wojo as a "get everything out of a player and team" coach.

Dodd's has been uncharacteristicly quiet since  the article was posted in his site.   About the only thing he has to say is the administration is not counting the results is the covid year. 
His lack of continual non-stop defense of Wojo makes me wonder if something under way with Wojo leaving.
