Do we know what time the Senior Day ceremony starts?  At the end of last night's game they announced that we should arrive early for the pre-game ceremony, but I don't think they gave a time.

I had communication with the Athletics Office some time ago, and was told that the senior ceremony will happen 15 minutes before tipoff. Not nearly enough time, in my mind.

I am a little disappointed that they are going with all black uniforms for Senior Day. It's Leap Day...which is like the one day you're supposed to wear blue and gold in honor of Leap Day William. Also, eat rhubarb.

If you don’t cook your rhubarb you will turn black (and die).  Then people will get into a booing war.  Thus the uni choice.  Proactively heading off disaster, Duh

Saturday looks really nice. Sunny, close to 40. Heading up early with Mrs. C on Saturday. Looking forward to quaffing with my UB peeps this weekend.

Keep it as short as possible, we've got a big game to play.  Players need to be concentrating on the game.

So, about 1:18.

I agree with the need to focus, and also feel that it doesn’t give players (Markus especially) the attention they deserve. My hope had been that they would switch it back to after the game, as had been done not too long ago.

That would be OK with me.

It is too bad. Hopefully, we win easily so they can pull the seniors to a nice ovation.

I think one year, we went to OT and there was a Bucks game that night, so it was a logistics nightmare. That doesn’t seem to be an issue this year.

Those speeches and montages are always special. I remember tearing up during Lockett’s speech.

I’ll have to basically tell myself it’s a 1 o clock tip to get there in time. With the Saturday lines from people closing out at the bar at the same time, it can be a bottleneck to get into Fiserv.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t ok with the Athletics Department.

That expression needs to make a comeback.

a buddy tried to bring back "chode" a few years ago, to no avail.  My wife uses this one when she really wants to say the c u next tuesday word.

Probably not a surprise but chode and twat are frequent in my vocabulary.

Now, gash is really edgy.

watching British and Irish shows like Derry Girls, Sex Education, London Irish, and End of the F**king World, and Aussie comedian Jim Jefferies, I've noticed gash is a common one. Their insults are so much better than ours!  Damn Puritanism...

I prefer having gash before the game.  It helps keep me more relaxed as a fan, especially if the game doesn't go so well.

Yeah there's nothing better than the players having to celebrate their senior year after a loss and having the stadium empty out during that loss.

Before the game makes sense.

Speaking as one of the few women who haven't been chased off of this board, can I respectfully ask that you guys save this type of language for private conversations?    I am sure you can find plenty of other ways to insult each other without using slang terms for female genitalia.
Have some patience, FFS.

Both come with their downsides. I just think people can separate a tough loss to celebrate a great 4 year career. Compared to a quick ceremony equivalent to the Season Ticket Holder of the game.

Granted, I would feel differently if it was an 8 PM weeknight start.
