That might or might not be true about Derrick. Again, I'm far too lazy to look it up and count 'em all.

Of course, there is a difference between Derrick and Markus; one actually has more than half an ounce of basketball ability. Doesn't excuse some of the really mean things said about Derrick, because it wasn't his fault that he had to play 35 mpg instead of the 10 he would have played on a good team.

Too bad Markus is such a cancer that all the other guys who were gonna leave decided to stay as soon as the Hausers left.

Oh, and I thought the Hauserites claim that their heroes didn't leave because of Markus but because of Wojo. I can't keep up with all the silliness.

I have no inside info, but it was speculated on here that Cain, Anim, and possibly Bailey were the ones looking to get out.  When the Hausers left and all their minutes and shots opened up, it became a much easier sell to get those three to stand pat.  If they were in fact looking to leave, I doubt their desire to do so and decision to ultimately stay came down to much more than that.

FWIW, Joey's %Shots we're lower than Ed & Sacar, and about even with Bailey's, although Joey's FTrate was fairly strong.

I thought Joey would be more a 22-24% usage guy... wound up around 18%. Might explain part of why things went as they did
