ISU has been the better team this year despite the rankings. It was -1 early today and I was leaning towards ISU but at 2.5 I'd lean Iowa. Think I'm going to stay away though.

I just read that ISU has a few guys out with injuries, and they're still favored on the road? Doesn't smell right to me. I like iowa moneyline

This was a lot more fun to watch than I expected. I don't remember what the over/under was, but I've got to think this was way over.

What is more surprising...Gtown +12.5 @ Syracuse or Kentucky only -6 @ Hall?   I would think Gtown keeps it closer than 12.5 & UK wins this by double digits

I like SHU to cover.

I'd probably take Georgetown as well but less confident there.

EDIT: I thought the UK-SHU game was at seton hall, not neutral

Was hoping to get something around MU +2 tomorrow, but it's a pick right now. My heart says take it, but my wallet would like a couple points.

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

Made some money on the Warriors tonight. Bucks were favored. That was too easy on the money line.

Benny B

MU moved to -1.5 overnight and UW is paying even money on the spread.  Hopefully the SmartMoney turns out to be extra smart today.

FWIW, I like Cal State Fullerton +12 on SMC. Put a little down on the Moneyline for CSUF as well

skianth16

I took the badgers under tonight since they haven't hit the 162.5 I took. But wow, I was way off. They'll hit the over comfortably.

Whoo, just kidding! That did not go the way I expected!

I'll say again theres a reason Savannah State is going D2

Nova +8.5  small amount to the ML

I'd be terrified of that one. I think either Nova loses by 20+ or wins outright. The only think that would surprise me is it being close to the line.

MU opens at -2.5 vs Buffalo.  Tempting.

I'd like the under more I think.  I thought it was 155?

My site is showing O/U at 153.5.

Agreed if it is 155 I'm taking the U hard.

Yes buffalo is fast but I don't think this is a mid to high 70's game.

Edit:
Buffalo is averaging 83 ppg and allowing 66.6
Mu averaging 77 and allowing 66.6.

153.5 O/U just seems real high. Buffalo has not played a D like ours except cause (scored 71 pts)
Mu scores 83 against Kstate and 74 against UW in OT. I just feel 153 is too high. Each team is going to score 76? I don't see it.

Having said that, has buffalo (like Kstate) seen an offense like ours yet?

And is buffalo's O similar to Indiana enough that we can't keep pace?

robmufan

PTM, Titan and myself were able to get in at -2. I thought it would have been 3.5 to 4.

Once I check some other lines, this will be an easy tease to +3-4

Floorslapper

Took Buffalo to win on the moneyline at +125.  They were +2.5 on my site this AM.

Not saying that is the "bet of the day," of the day, but just my bet on this MU game.  Win either way, MU wins, happy - they lose, make some cash.

Just think Buffalo is without question toughest team we will have faced since Kansas.  Different animal than K-State and Wisconsin.  X-factor from MU is Morrow.  Showing some low post skills we haven't had since Davante.

It's a tough call. Sure they beat WVU who is down this year...but after that who is their next best game, Cuse? I think the fact we don't play zone helps us. MU by 8

Turnovers...that is what will kill us.

Where is legal to bet on MU games online? I have only bet in Vegas on sports. I didn't know it was legal to bet online!

Sounds like the score at the end of regulation will be 66.6 to 66.6.
