Aisle seats can be a crap-shoot.  We've had them a few times, including last year, and the people in my row must have had bladders the size of acorns.  There were a few games that I got up 20+ times to let people out, like every time out. 

The longer rows at the Chaluparena will be worse.

My solution is the pee device Burt Reynolds used in Semi-Tough at the all day seminar where no one was allowed a bathroom break.
