That said, has college basketball opened up a new avenue to "sneak in" another exhibition game every year (or almost every year)?  Always natural disaster to give a reason for this.  This year was multiple hurricanes.   

2016 Hurricane Mathew damaged Haiti to the same extent that Maria damaged Purto Rico.
2015 Oklahoma had record flooding
Could go on and on with examples.

How about MU helping out one of our basketball legends who is doing great work in PR?

All I'm saying is the NCAA made an exception and has allowed several teams to hold an exhibition game this weekend.

Coaches want more exhibition games.  That is their preference.  So has the precedent been set so they can have an extra game every year (or nearly every year)?

MU athletics not interested in pursuing any sort of stream option, sadly, though most everything else was in place. 
Was a good plan that had buy in from academics at both schools plus a local TV outlet to supply student talent and a production resource.
Got final word from my Warrior Media contact this am. 
We gave it our best shot.

I just checked ticket availability, since it's now open to all STHs after 4:00.  Looks like there are still plenty of seats left.  Tickets available for the general public at 10:00am tomorrow.

I think this is probably because people didn't get the email. Neither I nor my seat mate got an email. He got one forwarded to him, only reason we found out about the presale (wasn't on scoop today). Pretty disappointing the email system failed.

Who will be able to play in this game for MU?  Is Froling allowed to play? How about Morrow? And of course there is the preseason "suspension" of Rowsey.  If all those guys are out UWM might have a real shot this early in practice.

Not in my case. I got an email that said "season ticket holders will receive an email with ticket order details in advance of availability to the general public." but never received said email. Not a huge deal, ended up with decent tickets still, just frustrating.

Should be a no go on Froling or Morrow.  It'll top the supposed win over the MU Dental School in the 1930's as their most legitimate win over MU!

Not sure if this was posted already, but any decision not to make an online stream available is from the MU/UWM end. Not NCAA. The Mizzou/Kansas has a stream available - granted it's $40.
