TAMU

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.

StillAWarrior

Beer:  Great Lakes Elliott Ness on tap (for some reason, doesn't translate well to bottle)
Spirit:  Macallan 12
Wine:  Meh
Never wrestle with a pig.  You both get dirty, and the pig likes it.

I feel when we get into the conversation of favorite ever, it depends on a lot on the context. Food, setting, weather, etc.

That being said, give me a Sofie or a Belhaven Scottish Ale. On the more common side, Guinness.

Not a big neat spirits guy.

Any decent full-bodied red. (Cue 4ever)

KampusFoods

Moon Man - I probably haven't tried enough beer but I can't get enough of the stuff
Lagavulin 12 - the only neat spirit glass I've ever had.
Decoy Pinot Noir - the only wine I've tried that isn't gross

Spotcheck Billy

Beer - no #1 but the latest "best beer" is Mikkeller Brunch Weasel

Spirit - 18 YO Bunnahabhain

wine - any Trockenbeerenauslese

noblewarrior

Keeping with NM

Beer - Marble Double IPA

Spirit - Taos Lightning Single Barrel Straight Rye Whiskey - 15 yr

Wine - whatever the wife's drinking if I have to drink it at all

brewcity77

Beer: Varies by time of year. St Francis' Brewery's Lust is a year round go-to, but at the moment I'd strangle a kitten for Blue Moon Cinnamon Horchata.

Liquor: Rehorst Vodka, but I'm not big on straight spirits.

Wine: Biltmore Antler Hill Cabernet Sauvignon.

You know what's strangely satisfying?

Drinking an ice cold Capri Sun.

source?

Beer: Augustiner dunkel or hell. They've been doing it for nearly 700 years for a reason.

Spirit: bruichladdich port charlotte. Can't beat a peaty scotch.

Wine: Chianti classico or superiore, DOCG and rooster or go home.

Everyone's palates are so sophisticated!

Beer: not a beer drinker. I think it tastes a bitter and like dirt... I drink Ciders.

neat: Redbreast 15 year

Wine: again not a red wine drinker. Tastes like I'm licking a tree.

Sooo instead I'm a big home made Oldfashioned sour maker:
Usually Buffalo Trace or Basil Hayden's

Now having said this, this years holiday drink for my families Xmas will be
Kohler Dark Chocolate Brandy Old Fashioneds.

Redbreast is some pretty awesome stuff!  My favorite alternative to my usual Bushmills.

I was at a bar and the owner gave us shots of Malort.

I remember it tasting a lot like what grass clippings might taste like.  No wonder he was giving it away.

Belhaven is the best but only on tap. Does not translate well in the bottle.
