I am unaware of the Arby's chatter origin here at MU Scoop. Does it have to do with social media Sir this is a Wendy's? (i like Wendy's) Or something else. Anyway, I grew up with other roast beef restaurants so not much of an Arby's person.

However, some of the Arby's people here may be interested that there are talks of Arby's parent Company Inspire Brands purchasing Dunkin Brands for $9 billion. Inspire also owns Buffalo Wild Wings, Sonic Drive In, Jimmy Johns, Rusty Taco, and part of Cheesecake Factory.

After you watch a MU game, you often need to go to Arby's and forget your troubles.

After Arby's, you have new problems.

Negated Chicago Bears sack leads to daily fantasy player losing out on $1 million prize

https://www.espn.com/chalk/story/_/id/30208828/negated-chicago-bears-sack-leads-daily-fantasy-player-losing-1-million-prize

A stat correction that changed a sack to a tackle for loss in the Chicago Bears-Los Angeles Rams game Monday caused a $997,000 fantasy football heartbreak for a 41-year-old insurance agent in St. Louis.

For 30 minutes after Monday's game ended, Rob Huntze thought he had won the $1 million first prize in a DraftKings contest.

Everything had worked out perfectly for Huntze down the stretch of the Rams' 24-10 win. One of Huntze's lineups that featured both the Bears' and Rams' defenses had scored 92.79 points, the most out of the 176,470 entries. His computer screen showed a $1 million first prize.

He texted with friends and called his parents to share the exciting news and took his dog Achilles for a quick walk.

When he returned, he wanted to refresh his computer screen again, "just to see myself on top," he said. "And, then, boom."

A sack that had been credited to the Bears' defense late in the fourth quarter was changed to a running play, a 3-yard loss by Rams quarterback Jared Goff. That 3-yard loss dropped Huntze into a tie for sixth place with 18 other entries, and his prize money dropped from $1 million to $3,078.94.

Well, good news.  With the 2 for $6 deal, he can get about 1,000 of them!

Where's the story about the person who now won a million because of the negated sack? We need more positivity.

You'd think the story is out there somewhere...but when I did a search all I found was one story after another about the guy who lost out (but still won 1,000 Beef 'n Cheddars!).

My most annoying mail lately: The weekly ads from Pella telling me to buy new Pella windows. I ponder these as I look out the nice new windows that  Pella installed just a couple years ago. :-\

I'm relatively confident that those are words that I'll never type.

Tomorrow is election day. It will also be the first day I'll be back in the office. I will reheat fish from tonight's meal to celebrate.

Your lunch seems like a completely appropriate way to celebrate the other two events.

This is a helluva protest that ought to piss off your coworkers more than your superiors.

Kinda funny... since it isn't me.

That is how many Cold War espionage movies start out. Clearly it is an attempt to control the price of tubed meats, which as we all know, is the lifeblood of many economies.

The same could be said about NYWarrior's plan to reheat leftover fish at the office.
